Ms. Schonenberger
is a Swiss national who has been providing investor relations
and PR services since 1995, primarily to U.S. listed companies
in various European financial centers, such as Paris, Brussels,
Monte Carlo and Switzerland (Zurich/Geneva). She is a Director
and former CFO of Ionity AG., a Swiss company producing Lithium-Polymer
batteries in Zurich; co-founder and Director of Fast2Net Ltd.
and other internet based companies.
From (1986-1993), Elizabeth was Vice President, COO/CFO of
Montres Pierre Cardin Chromachron AG in Laupersdorf, Switzerland.
In 1987, she became a Director and shareholder of the company
and in 1993, she managed the sale of Chormachron AG to Egana
Holdings in Hong Kong. Prior to which, she was an independent
investment advisor for five years with Jurg M. Lattman Holdings,
a private wealth management company in Zurich; she also spent
two years at Swiss Reinsurance Company and managed the complete
relocation of the cancer research laboratory facilities to
Switzerland of Dr. Rolf M. Zinkernagel, Nobel Prize in Medicine.
Elizabeth has a Baccalaureate in Economic Sciences / Language
studies at the University of New York and the University of
Perugia, Italy. She was a member of the teaching staff (German
and English) at Cambridge (Kings College and Trinity College).
She is fluent in English, French and German. |
