Our members must pay an annual subscription fee
and meet "Accredited Investor" eligibility
criteria as defined in SEC Rule 501(a) Regulation D. "Accredited
Investor" means a minimum ($1M) net worth or $200K
income ($300k income with spouse) in each of the two
previous years.
